Premium class
Bei der Premium Klasse ist die Gehrung an der
Zarge komplett unsichtbar. Warum? Ganz einfach.
Weil wir uns den Luxus leisten, die Zargen im
Werk vorzumontieren (das spart lästiges und zeit-
aufwändiges Verschrauben vor Ort). Erst dann
erhält die Zarge ihre letzte Lackschicht.
Die werkseitige Vormontage sichert Ihnen höchste
Passgenauigkeit; die perfekte Optik wird schließ-
lich durch die Endlackierung erreicht. Die Futter-
platte aus Tischlerplatte sichert Stabilität und
lange Haltbarkeit, die Sie auch von unseren Türen
gewohnt sind. Weiteres Qualitätsmerkmal ist die
Stammabwicklung, das heißt die Türen sind aus
einem Stamm furniert und weisen somit eine fast
identische Holzmaserung auf. Unsere Premium
Klasse erkennen Sie am Siegel im Zargenfalz.
Auf Wunsch ist natürlich wie bei all unseren Türen
jedes technisch machbare Sondermaß lieferbar.
With premium class the mitre at the frame is com-
pletely invisible. Why? Easy: Because we afford the
luxury to pre-fit the frames in house. (This saves us
a lot of adjustment at the customer’s.) Then the
frame receives its final paint finish.
The pre-fitting provides you with the accuracy of fit
and the perfect appearance is obtained with the
final painting. Our frames gives you stability and
strength. A further quality characteristic is the so-
called ›trunk-clearing‹. The wood grain differs with
every tree trunk. If our customer then requests a
›trunk-clearing‹, he receives the veneered doors
out of one trunk and therefore with the identical
wood grain. A SIEGEL marks our premium class on
the inside of the frame. On demand we can deliver
the doors in a variety of special sizes.
